My abstract paintings are improvisations of color, texture and space. The works play organic

shapes against geometric patterns to reflect the compositions of nature. Soil and black magma contrast with washes of watercolor, while acrylic, digital collage, hand colored rice paper,

charcoal, and natural dyes further add to each painting's portrait of the Earth.
